Psalm 90: These Are The Days Of Our Lives

Shabbat Shalom, this week is a very special Sabbath, Shabbat Nachamu, the Sabbath of comfort or consolation.  Shabbat Nachamu follows after Tisha B'Av, the day we mourn and remember the destruction of both Temples and other tragic events in Jewish history.  This shabbat is named after the Haftorah portion for this week found in Isaiah 40, which speaks of God
