January 16: Lord’s Supper
and Oneg.
February 20: Lord’s Supper
but no Oneg.
February 27: Purim and Oneg. We will observe Purim
(the holiday celebrating the salvation of the
Jewish people in the time of Mordecai and Esther),
followed by an Oneg. Please bring food to share,
especially Hamentashen to compete for the coveted
Golden Hamentashen Award. Children are
encouraged to dress up in costumes related to
the story of Esther.
March 6: Annual meeting
of the Synagogue after the service from 12:30
to 1:30 pm. Members only.
March 20: Lord’s Supper and Oneg.
March 29 and 30: Passover Seders. Passover is
one of the most meaningful holidays, and this
year we are hosting two seders: Monday, March
29, and Tuesday, March 30, at Bloomfield Hills
Baptist Church. The time for each seder is 6:00
to 9:00 pm. Seating will begin at 5:30 pm. Tickets
are $20.00 for adults and $10.00 for children
age 7 and under. We don’t have infant seats and
the evening is too long for very young children.
Along with your check, please indicate which
night or nights you want to attend, and how many
adults and children for whom you are reserving
places. Please include your phone number and email
address with your reservation. A confirmation
email or letter will be sent to you. Please try
to make your reservation by March 19.

Hearts Ministries International. Congregation

Healing Hearts Ministry after Shabbat Worship
on Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 1:00 pm - 2:30
pm at Bloomfield Hills Baptist Church, 3600 Telegraph
Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. The keynote
speaker is Sue Liljenberg, the Founder and International
Director of Healing Hearts Ministries (www.healinghearts.org).
There will be a testimony about the ministry of
Healing Hearts by Peggy Walcott. This is a wonderful
opportunity to meet our area Healing Hearts leaders;
to find out more information about the ministry
